Billy Carson, a 16-year-old, stood in front of the stage and gave the best cert I've ever attended. I always heard my mother say that "Queen," her favorite band, could make her cry, and make her heart jump for joy. She was the one who enced me to go to certs, and I've been to a couple since I was a child.
