"Is that so?"
Nier muttered as he began to ponder on Kaly's advice.
"Your cims do make sense, Kaly?"
Kaly was now perched up on his shoulder, as her arm rested on his head. Soon, she began to speak.
"Just listen to me and follow my pn, and you will see the difference almost immediately.
"If we take those core problems of yours, the gaping holes in your kit of many weaknesses, and plug'em with that fat stack of Negativity you've been hoarding like a dragon on gold. Your combat power will shoot through the roof, so much so that you will surpass even me in my current avatar in terms of battle prowess."
"I'm not kidding, you'll be giving level 3 and low-level 4 Hestas absolute fucking hell with the build I have pnned for you, whether they're swinging up close and personal or sniping from a mile out. Especially from up close, if a battle takes pce from this range, most enemies are just begging to be killed. Forget even hurting you from up close."
Kaly said, with great pride as his teacher.
She has taken into consideration the best spells that Nier should invest in at this very moment.
With that, Nier began to close his eyes, shutting them tightly; like st night, he began to dive inward into himself, linking up with Silence, as together they began to calcute the total cost of each spell.
["Alright, let's break this down."]
Nier and Silence thought, their voices echoing as one.
["Six new spells have been taken into consideration. And after careful thinking, it has been concluded a need for defense is needed. Then some destructive spells as well. And also a movement spell to make direct combat and long-range combat possible at the same time. And st but not least, a spell to ensure survival at all costs and extra yer of immortality that is strong, versatile, and destructive"]
Silence's voice overpped with his, humanly cold but also very focused.
["Calcuting... The cost of the first spell is 15,833 units of Negativity...."]
["Notice The passive spell ‘Dismissal Ssh’ has been created]
Memories and new information flooded his mind on how to best use and rely on Dismissal Ssh.
["Dismissal Ssh is a passive, always-active defensive spell that envelops the caster in a perfect spherical field extending exactly two thousand meters in every direction in a perfect sphere, functioning fwlessly even when the caster is unconscious or asleep. The spell continuously scans for any negative intentions directed at the caster, ranging from mild hostility and stalking to outright murderous intent, and responds by unleashing random, invisible sshes that strike with perfect, sure-hit accuracy, meaning evasion or blocking within the sphere is impossible. The severity of each ssh scales dynamically with both the intensity of the ill will and the target's proximity to the caster: minor negative thoughts or distant pursuit trigger shallow, warning cuts at a cost of one hundred units of Negativity per strike, medium-level malice or closer threats summon deep, debilitating gashes for five hundred units each, and severe, up-close killing intent unleashes lethal, body-severing attacks that drain one thousand units per ssh. The spell only consumes Negativity when a ssh is triggered, making it highly efficient, and serves as an unrelenting, automated deterrent that punishes enemies simply for thinking harm while the caster remains free to act or rest without interference."]
The next spell Nier created was for better versatile movements.
A spell that would allow him to close far distances in an instant and move around close distances unpredictably.
["Warp Gate: A versatile spatial manipution spell that permits the caster to tear open a temporary portal bridging two distinct points in reality, facilitating instantaneous teleportation of the caster themselves, selected allies, physical objects, or even redirected projectiles and energy bsts between the entry and exit locations, with the Negativity expenditure scaling precisely according to the portal's dimensions and the traversed distance; minor gates for personal transit over short ranges consume as little as five hundred units, while colossal gateways spanning continents or hauling massive payloads demand tens of thousands per use. Gate formation requires the caster's visual memory or prior familiarity with both endpoints, ensuring no blind leaps into hazardous unknowns, and each portal remains stable for up to thirty seconds before auto-closure, allowing chained relocations for tactical retreats, ambushes, or siege-breaking maneuvers that turn the tide of battle by outmaneuvering foes through sheer unpredictability and repositioning supremacy."]
And like before, knowledge flooded his mind, as he instantly knew how to use this newly created spell.
But he wasn't done yet; he still had four more spells to create in order to complete himself.
And the more spells he created, the stronger he could feel himself becoming.
Ancient knowledge shapes and forms his initial state.
As he could feel his eldritch insight expanding.
The more he uses Unlimited, the more he corrupts his mind, his body, and his will—not that he minds; he relishes in the fact of perverting his existence to such an extent, which better facilitates his eldritch soul anyways.
His current body is, after all, just a meat suit, but one he takes utter joy in conditioning more and more.
Now it was time to create the third spell, which was...
["Close Call: An active territorial amplification spell, deployable on demand to establish a one hundred-meter radius domain centered on the caster, transforming the enclosed space into an optimized battleground where all offensive capabilities, supernatural, natural, and physical attributes such as strength, speed, durability, and reflexes receive an immediate tenfold enhancement multiplier upon activation of the spell, costing a base of ten thousand Units of Negativity to initiate the field. The amplification compounds exponentially every five minutes of sustained maintenance, with each subsequent interval stacking an additional tenfold multiplier on top of the previous total, enabling the caster to escate from formidable to godlike within a single prolonged engagement. After fifteen minutes, for instance, the multiplier reaches one thousand times baseline potency, capable of rending ndscapes or vaporizing armies with casual effort. The field persists only while the caster remains within its boundaries; exiting the territory causes an immediate reset to baseline levels without residual effects, and the spell can be voluntarily dismissed at any time to conserve resources, though prolonged activation demands vigint focus to prevent overexertion or unintended colteral devastation outside the domain."]
Then came the fourth.
["Blight Bloom: A spell that allows the caster to bloom corrosive violet thorn vines that can release vast amounts of spores across; when these spores touch anything, they can spread and blossom into carnivorous vines that ensnare their target and dissolve the matter with supernatural enzymes. Its cost is dependent on how much blood the user spreads at once. Not only are they carnivorous, they are also durable, and can move as the caster wills. if used correctly, this spell can be utilized in a variety of ways"]
And then the fifth spell.
["Telekinesis: A Spell that allows the caster to move objects with their mind; the spell uses Negativity and is dependent on the size of the object being moved"]
And st but not least, the sixth spell.
["Division: Ultimate regenerative multiplicity passive spell, forged to counter catastrophic dismemberment or fragmentation with radical self-duplication, activating automatically upon any injury that severs a limb or bisects the caster's body at a one-time activation cost of ten thousand Units of Negativity, whereupon the detached portion instantaneously regenerates into a fully autonomous duplicate of the original, complete with identical physical form, magical reserves, abilities, knowledge, and combat prowess, while linking telepathically to the progenitor consciousness for seamless shared awareness and coordinated action. This creates not mere clones but true extensions of the self, enabling the caster to proliferate exponentially from each subsequent severance: A single bisection yields two concurrent existences, and a quadrupling assault spawns four omnipresent selves, each operating independently yet unified in intent, strategy, and power scaling. True eradication demands the simultaneous atomization of every duplicate and the original within an infinitesimal window, as survival of even a single fragment ensures total reformation and persistence; this spell redefines mortality, granting hydra-like resilience that overwhelms adversaries through numerical superiority, parallel assaults, and an unbreakable continuum of vitality across multiple locations."]
These were the six chosen spells Nier and Kaly came up with, and the new spells Nier now had under him.
And together, they cost him a total of 155,738 units of negativity.
Leaving is a total reserve of a little bit under half of what it was, that being 154,706 units of negativity.
Seeing the increase in strength, Kaly smiled while patting Nier's head, saying.
"Now you are a truly dangerous entity; even higher-level Fluxes will find killing you near impossible now."
