Chapter 14- Emerald Heart University!

  We were here, Emerald Heard University, located in Megacity-19 If you wanted to be a top Beast Hero, this was a good pce to build your rep.

  Me and Alice made our way to the main building, my saphire hair waving in the breeze, once inside we were told that we were put in the Freshman Vil.

  There were two types of living areas, Dorms and Vils, those with not a lot of money were given dorms, those who were either rich or got here by special means got Vils, even freshman.

  When we found our Vil, our metophorical socks were blown off, it was amazing, a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with an AI-controled kitchen, and a basement hot spring.

  And in the Living room, which was just as amazing was a box containing not only the promised 10 Elemental cores, but 20 low-grade Golden Cores!

  "Damn Girl! these folks really wanted you here!" Alice said.

  Orientation wasn't for another 2 hours, so we decided to use this time to cultivate, i divied the cores between the two of us, we each got 5 Elemental Cores and 10 Golden Cores

  Alice's Stats took off like a rocket!

  My Stats also got a pretty decent boost as well.

  "Shit girl! your so close to Monarch-Rank, i feel sorry for the poor sap who picks a fight with you!" Alice said.

  Orientation was quick, just a simple speech about how we are the next generation of Beast Heroes and how we are Mankind's only line of defense against the Mutos Beasts.

  After dinner, and a quick sparring session, me and Alice went to bed, despite having 2 bedrooms, for some reason, i didn't want to sleep alone, so me and Alice shared a bed.

  "Alice?" i asked.

  "Yeah Roxy?" she replied.

  "Things will get crazy, but i'm gd we're together in this." i said.

  "Me too.." Alice said.

  As we held one another in a loving embrace, we both drifted off to sleep...
